Anchor Room
The Anchor Room is a modern, comfortable space ideal for smaller gatherings. Situated on the first floor with lift access, the room is suitable for meetings, training sessions, advisory/support groups and interviews.
Proceeds from our room bookings are reinvested into St Barnabas Church Centre, supporting our Community Hub initiatives and activities that aim to benefit the people of Erdington and beyond.
Hire Times
The Anchor Room is available to hire Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Room Capacity
The Anchor Room can hold up to 18 people, dependent on layout. With the flexibility to divide the room into two smaller spaces, we can accommodate various layouts to suit your needs.
Room Hire Rates 2024
Day Rate - £215
Half Day (up to 4 hours) - £139
Evening Rate - Standard rates apply, with an additional charge of £75 per hour for bookings extending beyond 5:00pm.

We would like to inform our valued customers that for all bookings in 2025, our room hire prices will be adjusted. This change is necessary to continue providing high-quality services and maintaining our facilities. Thank your for your understanding and continued support.
Day Rate - £225
Half Day Rate (up to 4 hours) - £145
Evening Rate - Standard rates apply, with an additional charge of £75 per hour for bookings extending beyond 5:00pm.
Please note that there is no VAT on room hire.
